Needed To Acheive This Rank

A Recruit - a potential new squad member that has agreed to abide by the terms of condition set by the squad and attempt to meet our minimal requirements.

A Private - a squad member that has managed to display that he is able to abide by the squad's T&C and has met our minimal requirements.

A Prvt 1st class - a squad member that has displayed that they are able to show up more than our minimal requirements or are able to recruit up to 2 members that manages to achieve the rank of private.

A Corporal - a squad member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has displayed a highly active part in suggestions and such upon our forums to aid the squad.

A Sergeant – a squad member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has displayed an unblemished report in the forums.

A Second Lieutenant – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements. This member will oversee the operations of 2 fire teams. He will make regular reports to superiors as to the progress/short comings of the fire teams under his control.

A Lieutenant General – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has shown a financial interest of $20.00 USD per month for 3 consecutive months towards the Squadron’s monthly expenses. In this rank you will be classified as a “game admin” with full admin access to all game servers.

This level is reserved for clan leaders of the Squadron. There will only ever be up to 5 members of this rank at any given time

	Private	A Private - a squad member that has managed to display that he is able to abide by the squad's T&C and has met our minimal requirements.
	Private First Class	A Prvt 1st class - a squad member that has displayed that they are able to show up more than our minimal requirements or are able to recruit up to 2 members that manages to achieve the rank of private.
	Corporal	A Corporal - a squad member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has displayed a highly active part in suggestions and such upon our forums to aid the squad.
	Sergeant	A Sergeant – a squad member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has displayed an unblemished report in the forums.
	Master Sergeant	A Staff Sergeant – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has demonstrated to their superiors their ability to organize and improve a fellow clan mate’s performance and put forward ideas or solutions that may help players of lesser skill levels.
	Sergeant Major	A Sergeant Major – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has demonstrated leadership both in the forums and on the battlefield. A Sergeant Major will be in charge of a 5 man fire team comprised of himself and 4 others.
	Second Lieutenant	A Second Lieutenant – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements. This member will oversee the operations of 2 fire teams. He will make regular reports to superiors as to the progress/short comings of the fire teams under his control.
	First Lieutenant	A First Lieutenant – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements, the First Lieutenant is responsible for recruiting and making try-out arrangements. He will report to superiors and maintain recruit communication.
	Captain	A Captain – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements, this position is responsible for tactics and training of personnel.
	Major	A Major – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements, the Major is the Squadron’s assistant match coordinator. Any match that is arranged will be organized and reported to the Lieutenant Colonel for approval.
	Lieutenant Colonel	A Lieutenant Colonel – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements, the Lieutenant Colonel is the Squadrons match coordinator. Any match that is arranged will be organized and overseen by this person.
	Colonel	A Colonel – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements, the Colonel is in charge of general squadron and inter clan grievances. Complaints will be delt through this member and if severe enough, will notify the Generals of what is happening and convene a council to deal with the problem.
	Brigadier General	A Brigadier General – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has shown a financial interest of $5.00 USD per month for 3 consecutive months towards the Squadron’s monthly expenses. In this rank you will be classified as a “deputy admin” with a level of access of 25 pb kicking powers.
	Major General	A Major General – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has shown a financial interest of $10.00 USD per month for 3 consecutive months towards the Squadron’s monthly expenses. In this rank you will be classified as a “deputy admin” with a level of access of 50 pb kicking powers.
	Lieutenant General	A Lieutenant General – a member that has maintained prior rank requirements and has shown a financial interest of $20.00 USD per month for 3 consecutive months towards the Squadron’s monthly expenses. In this rank you will be classified as a “game admin” with full admin access to all game servers.
	General	This level is reserved for clan leaders of the Squadron. There will only ever be up to 5 members of this rank at any given time
